Massages

Neuromuscular Therapy / Deep Tissue Massage

  • A very slow, deep massage concentrating on specific areas of muscle tension and pain.  This massage relieves stress and breaks up toxins found in sore, aching muscles.

Swedish Massage

  • A relaxing yet stimulating massage with a combination of various movements including effleurage, gliding, kneading and friction.  This massage increases circulation and lymph drainage, removes waste products, provides deep relaxation to body and mind, and relief to sore muscles.

Russian Massage  

  • Similar to the Swedish strokes, the therapists employ the more vigorous aspects of the Russian style.  Very stimulating and energizing to the whole body, and used extensively in sports massage and rehabilitation.

Reflexology

  • An ancient form of specialized compression massage usually applied to the feet.  This system of movements is used to increase circulation to all areas of the body, balance the inner organs, and reduce tension.

LaStone Therapy

  • The original hot rock treatment, LaStone Therapy balances the body’s energy, using warm basalt volcanic stones and cold smooth marble to increase circulation and reduce inflammation.
